Shipping Policy
We provide complimentary shipping in US via Fed Ex Ground and will send you shipping tracking info once it leaves our studio in Los Angeles. A signature will be required when delivered, if you waive signing upon arrival, LesKarten will not be liable for the parcel. If you have any delivery inquiries or would like to re-schedule a delivery, please contact Fed Ex directly
International Shipping

Rates are calculated based on destination and weight of the package. All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the client’s local government is the responsibility of the client. Please note that all international orders will be considered FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Return & Exchange Policy

LesKarten will accept merchandise in its original condition with all tags attached for a refund of the purchase price or exchange when accompanied by the original invoice and within 10 days of the date of receiving item(s). Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above.

Reason for return/exchange
Once we receive and approve your return request, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which will include a return shipping label. To return merchandise, ship your item(s) in a secure package. Once received, we will process your return, minus shipping costs. Merchandise returned will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. Please note any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
LesKarten will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged prior to acceptance by FedEx when utilizing the prepaid label provided by LesKarten or in the event that the prepaid label provided by LesKarten is not used for the return shipment.
LesKarten reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at LesKarten’s sole discretion. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
